Soundwoven Goods was founded by Sarah Lawrence in 2023 after years of travel and research to bring her dream of a storefront to life. She is deeply inspired by the stories of the makers behind the products that Soundwoven carries and loves finding colorful, well-crafted goods to share with others. The name Soundwoven comes from her time weaving tapestries in the Puget Sound (Sound + Woven), but she loves that things are can be made "soundly" and that stories are "woven" throughout our lives and the goods we produce and use. 

In addition to running Soundwoven, Sarah works full-time at a local non-profit that provides mental health services to refugees and asylum-seekers. In her free time she enjoys renovating her home, exploring local parks, and weaving.
