Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policies

We have $10 flat rate shipping for most orders under $149. Orders are shipped via USPS  or UPS Ground depending on size/weight. Most orders will be delivered by carriers in 3-6 business days. At this time, we are not able to ship internationally. 

Some orders (Mustard, Tala, Yamazaki, and Lucca House) ship directly from our partners and their shipping rates will appear at checkout. Free shipping does not apply. 

All Gus* furniture orders incur at 8% shipping fee for curbside delivery. White glove delivery is an additional $200. 

We do our best to process orders as quickly as possibly, but we are a small team and it might take 2-3 days to process your order before shipment. 

Soundwoven Goods is not responsible for items lost or stolen while in transit. We do our best to package everything with care, but if something arrives damaged please contact us within 7 days of delivery. To process a damaged item claim, we must receive photos of damaged item/s, the packaging it was shipped in, and your order number so we can quickly work to replace it.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns must be made within 14 days from date the item was received and in new condition with packaging intact. 

Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer.  

All items purchased at a discount, vintage, and custom orders are final sale.

Gus* furniture refunds will incur a 20% restocking fee in addition to shipping charges, which will vary by item and location.
